Follow these steps if not all of the gear is available in vRigger. Contact us if these instructions fail to resolve the issue.

1   Click on the vRigger button on the left side of the Ribbon, click vRigger Options, and then click on the Gear Panes tab of the vRigger Options dialog.

The bottom of this dialog will say something similar to,"305 pieces of gear are listed out of 305possible." If the second number is less than 251 (which is the number of items included with the basic vRigger program) or 305(which is the total number of items when you also purchase support for the additional industries), please continue with these instructions.

2   With the vRigger Options dialog still displayed, click on the Updates tab.

Compare the program version number and program revision date that are displayed near the top of the dialog with the most recent version number and date displayed on the Program Revision History page. If you do not have the most recent version of vRigger, choose Check for Program Updates from the vRigger Options dialog to download and install the latest version. You can also manually download the latest program.

3   With the vRigger Options dialog displayed (see Step #1, above), compare the gear revision date with the most recent gear revision date on the Gear Revision History page. If you do not have the most recent gear, choose Check for Gear Updates from the vRigger Options dialog to download and install the latest gear. You can also manually download the most recent gear.

4   On the Updates tab of the vRigger Options dialog (Step #1), choose Program and Gear Licensing. The checkboxes in the Licensed Industries dialog should be enabled (i.e., not gray) for the industries you purchased. (You can purchase support for additional industries here.)

If some of the checkboxes for industries that you have purchased are not enabled, click the Enter License Key button and reenter your license key. If the boxes remain disabled (i.e., gray), please jump to Step #9.

  5

With the Licensed Industries dialog still displayed (Step #4), make sure all of the industry checkboxes that are enabled (i.e., that are not gray) contain checkmarks. Then click OK to exit the dialog.

6   With the vRigger Options dialog still displayed (Step #1), click on the Gear Panes tab to see if the number of pieces of gear "possible" is now correct (as explained in Step #1). Continue with these instructions if the number is still incorrect.

7   Click here and follow the instructions to reinstall the gear. Be sure to follow the "optional step" and delete the existing gear from the folder named C:\ProgramData\Iterum\vRigger\Gear.

8   After reinstalling the gear, restart vRigger. When the dialog appears explaining that new gear is available, choose Import Now. (If this dialog is not displayed when you restart vRigger, repeat Step #7 making sure you install the new gear and that you restart vRigger.)

9   If you have followed these steps and the number of pieces of gear (Step #1) is still incorrect, please contact us telling us:

A   The number of files in the C:\ProgramData\Iterum\vRigger\Gear folder.
B   The number of pieces of gear "listed" and "available" (as shown at the bottom of the Gear Panel tab in the vRigger Options dialog and as explained in Step #1).
C   The license key you entered in Step #4.
D   The rigging checkboxes that are enabled (i.e., not grayed) in the Licensed Industries dialog (Step 4).
