Follow these steps if not
all of the gear is available in vRigger.
Contact us if these instructions
fail to resolve the issue.

Click on the vRigger button
on the left side of the Ribbon, click vRigger
Options, and then click on the
Gear Panes tab of the vRigger Options dialog.
The bottom of this dialog will say something similar
to,"305 pieces of gear are
listed out of 305possible."
If the second number is less than 251
(which is the number of items included with the
basic vRigger program) or 305(which
is the total number of items when you also purchase
support for the
additional industries),
please continue with these instructions. |

With the vRigger Options dialog still displayed,
click on the Updates tab.
Compare the program version number and
program revision date that are displayed near
the top of the dialog with the most recent version
number and date displayed on the
Program Revision History
page. If you do not have the most recent version
of vRigger, choose Check for Program Updates
from the vRigger Options dialog to download and
install the latest version. You can also
manually download the
latest program. |

With the vRigger Options dialog displayed (see
Step #1, above), compare the gear revision
date with the most recent gear revision date on
the Gear Revision
History page. If you do not have the most recent
gear, choose Check for Gear Updates from
the vRigger Options dialog to download and install
the latest gear. You can also
manually download
the most recent gear. |

On the Updates tab of the vRigger Options dialog (Step #1), choose Program
and Gear Licensing. The checkboxes in the Licensed
Industries dialog should be enabled (i.e., not gray)
for the industries you purchased. (You can purchase
support for additional industries
here.)
If some of the checkboxes for industries that
you have purchased are not enabled, click
the Enter License Key button and reenter
your license key.
If the boxes remain disabled (i.e., gray), please
jump to Step #9.

With the Licensed Industries dialog still displayed
(Step #4), make sure all of the industry checkboxes
that are enabled (i.e., that are not gray) contain
checkmarks. Then click OK to exit the dialog.

With the vRigger Options dialog still displayed
(Step #1), click on the Gear Panes
tab to see if the number of pieces of gear "possible"
is now correct (as explained in Step #1). Continue
with these instructions if the number is still incorrect. |

Click here and
follow the instructions to reinstall the gear. Be
sure to follow the "optional step" and delete the
existing gear from the folder named C:\ProgramData\Iterum\vRigger\Gear. |

After reinstalling the gear, restart vRigger.
When the dialog appears explaining that new gear
is available, choose Import Now. (If this
dialog is not displayed when you restart vRigger,
repeat Step #7 making sure you install the new gear
and that you restart vRigger.) |

If you have followed these steps and the number
of pieces of gear (Step #1) is still incorrect,
please contact us telling

The number of files in the C:\ProgramData\Iterum\vRigger\Gear
folder. |

The number of pieces of gear "listed"
and "available" (as shown at the bottom
of the Gear Panel tab in the vRigger
Options dialog and as explained in Step

key you entered in Step #4. |

The rigging checkboxes that are enabled
(i.e., not grayed) in the Licensed Industries
dialog (Step 4). |
